I don't have a problem with being able to call a deadball timeout, but I would propose they are given too many timeouts during a game.
Should drop it down to 3 30 second TOs per game, and one of those goes away at halftime, use it or lose it.

Hell, with all the reviews in the last 2 minutes they are getting a bunch of what amounts to timeouts anyway.
