I really don't like that quarterbacks can throw the ball out to the side and then let their receiver run and juke causing the chance for twisted ankles, torn ligaments, and concussions.

I say all pass plays must now be AT LEAST five yards in the air to count as a legal play. It makes sense because that's when the defenders can no longer put their hands on the receiver thus making the game much more exciting with down the field passing. It also makes it safer.
