Novak definitely had a tough road going through nadal. May have taken too much out of him.

I was going to say this. I don't think this is the first time he has struggled in a final after playing Nadal in the semifinals.
Could see this being another Djokovic letdown.

This is the first time it's happened at Roland Garros.
2015 he beat Nadal pretty easily in the quarterfinals, but then played a long match with Andy Murray in the semis before losing in the final. Stan was just in god mode.

No he didn’t… he was up two sets and then had to win it in five…. Just watch Novak will be ok.

He’s gassed. Losing that tie breaker obviously put him off mentally probably because he knows he needed to not let this go 4-5 sets. Terrible luck after beating nadal and not have it be a final.

Yup. They are both in there mid 30’s and these young guns can take it to them…. However both are in peak physical shape for their age.

Dry or heavy condition? If heavy Joker has a better chance after going through Nadal. I wonder if they dampen the court after third if Novak wins it?
