Is it even windy? I’m not seeing it, unless it’s north-south

I don't know why Fowler gets so sassy when the crowd cheers a double fault. To me it's like a missed extra point or a ball 4. All cheerable.

Ehhh it's technically not correct. I was reprimanded by a USTA official just for cheering an opponents miss one time against my daughter. But at this level I totally agree. A lot of these fans don't even play tennis.

Delpo on the opposite end of what he went through against Fed last week where the fans wouldn't shut up as he was trying to serve.

Can't be helping Raonic right now, but hopefully just like Delpo, he pulls it out.

Delpo is just not to be denied right now. That was a heck of a match.

I wish Raonic would have hit through his backhand a little bit more there. Felt like he didn't take advantage of a couple opportunities there.

Felt very Roddick-like.

Not a fan of either Anderson or Busta but both of them are playing lights out right now.

Ostapenko just absolutely murders the ball.

Fowler said there was a “zero point zero” chance Isner was winning another set 6-1 today.

He’s now serving for the set at 5-1.

I've never seen Isner play this well.

Isner with the second set and the match. This is the best I've seen him play in a long time.

On to the final of what would be his biggest tournament win ever.

I feel like the 110 MPH foremands *might* be the answer. Or at least a part of the answer.

Playing well for a tourney (250) and a half shows that he’s improving and working to be the best? You can disagree all you want, but it doesn’t change the fact that the results won’t be there until he works on his weaknesses. Hitting tweeners and 110 mph forehands in practice isn’t the answer.

I'm not going to defend everything about him. He's obviously a headcase, and his commitment to conditioning is somewhere between questionable and quite questionable. But I also don't think he's a lost cause and I do think he's the most purely talented player in the game, and that even includes The Great Smug.

I will stand by contention that he is still improving as a player, even if it isn't as much as somebody with his talent should have improved.

Also of note is that is when Kyrgios eventually wins a major, he won't be the first headcase to have done so. See, e.g., Ivanisevic, Goran and Safin, Marat.

He's like the new Mardy Fish. You think he's done, and then all of sudden he gets some big time results from out of nowhere.

Why can’t I understand anything a chair umpire says? Why is their voice so comically deep? Why are they so smug?
