They were down until 3 minutes to play in the game.
The Saints were getting blown out, that's what I have a problem with. I'd find it hard to believe that if Pennington was playing, Miami would still throw those 2 pick 6's and lose that game.

and won by double digits, this team doesn't give up and you have a problem with that every team has bad days.
it's just the Saints still win when they have those days

your irrational hatred of the Saints astounds me
there's no way you can claim to like the Saints and not be blown away with the comeback victory on Sunday.

Until the Colts have a game like the Saints did last Sunday, I think they're #1.
FWIW, I dont give two shits what you think about the Saints but:
Week 1 - They beat the lowly Jaguars by 2 points.
Week 2 - They trailed and were DOMINATED in TOP to the Miami Dolpins until their last drive of the game.
Week 5 and Week 7 - They played two of the worst teams in the nfl that are a combined 0-13
Color me "not thouroughly impressed"

1. Indy
2. Saints
3. Broncos
4. Steelers
5. Patriots
Reason Saints are not #1, argue how you want but this is list of QB's they have played this season.
Stafford- Making first start
Kolb- Making his first NFL start
Edwards- Well he would be second most established QB
Sanchez- Making his 4th start
Manning- Best QB played, Superbowl winner, totally legit
Henne- Making his 3rd NFL start
So while the list of teams looks better than what the Colts have played the Saints have been lucky (and you need luck to win in NFL) to have faced some less than ready QB's.
Saints defense, with Williams have made some young QB's make mistakes. That is sign of a good defensive coordinator.
Also, why I rank Saints second is I see NFC as a weaker conference than AFC, top to bottom.

The teams the colts have faced are a combined 11-20.
While the teams the Saints have faced are 19-14.
Note I took out the games played against the Colts or Saints.

I see 3 QB's who have been in a Super Bowl, although Collins, Bulger have played pretty bad.
Garrad really is just a back up QB
Pennington is an ok QB, not great but better than all listed on Saints but Eli
Hassleback, Collins, Warner all have led clubs to a Super Bowl.
Then you have Pro-Bowlers listed on that, the Saints have had the luck of playing inexperienced QB's and Greg Williams is taking advantage of that.
I am not saying Saints are not great, as I stated I think AFC is a better division than NFC and that helped in my decision. Saints are still a lock for Playoffs and have Falcons, Patriots in upcoming weeks that will be a test.
In all honesty Saints should win 13/14 games this season with Rams, Panthers, Tampa Bay, Washington still on the schedule those should all be 20+ point blowouts.

You guys are fricking terrible, just cant accept the fact that people have different opinions. I believe that most of the people on here that have Saints at #1 are Saints fans. So if you cant accept that other fans have different opinions on the matter, go somewhere where you can all agree......which is why we have a Saints board. You can all go marvel at how good the Saints look, and how they'll dominate everybody, you wont see me going over there ruining the party. But please, you and the 1000 other Saints fans, stop roaming the MSB looking for other fans so you can flame them. Im not saying dont post, Im saying dont flame other posters who dont agree with all the cock sucking.
