No shite. Knowing that the Open was going to be here, why wouldn't Tiger play the AT&T a couple of times that last few years? I'm sure he can play practice rounds whenever he wants, but that's not the same as having to pressure putt in a tournament.

He stopped playing the AT&T because he hates the bumpy greens and thought it fricked up his putting for weeks after. He hasn't putted well recently even on good greens. His speed control looks way off

No way to predict this early. It's top 60 & ties + anyone w/in 10 shots of the lead. If McDowell gets in @ -4, then the minimum cut will be +6
ETA: McDowell has about 15 ft for par on his last hole.
