The NFL should reduce fine amounts but increase frequency and types of infractions

Standing over a player $10k
Crying for a flag $2k
Group scrums/shoving matches every player within 5 yards $5k

Rules stay the same, reactions are fined.
The NBA did similar with players constantly arguing with refs, giving them technicals whenever they challenged a ref. Now we dont see all the bitching and moaning (Lebron Excluded)
