Then why are people like you still bringing it up?

Really...can we bring this up, in like, 10 years from now, so we can get a real comparison??

the only reason people to this day remember jordan hitting the shot against the cavs to win that playoff series is because of his championships .. if he wins zero titles .. no one cares about his shot against the cavs ... miami invested this money to -- ala the new york yankees -- buy themselves a title fast .. not in five years ... the costliest of their three investments should be taking games four, five and six over in crunch time because that is what he is paid to do and is expected to do .. instead of penetrating, james was standing outside the three point line whipping passes around to guys making 1/35th the money he does or taking horrible three-point shots .. for his size and skill set, james has played like a complete, spoiled pussy in each of the last two seasons with his team's season on the line ..

You got that from what I quoted? They didn't try to buy a championship with the 17th highest payroll in basketball.

Not even a comparable situation to NY Yankees

basketball is a totally different sport .. three stars can win a championship for you and that is what miami invested their money in .. three stars and 22 role players aren't going to win the world series for you .. far too many more variables in baseball than in basketball .. look at how many games this season that those three basically won for the heat by themselves ... no, it is not comparable to the yankees because the yankees had to spend far more money on many more people and had to have ALL of those 7 to 10 star players that they invested major money in to perform at a high level to achieve that goal .. the heat only needed three guys to perform at the same level .. so no .. you are right, the two aren't comparable ..

...this.. You think if Jason Terry was trying to check MJ in the 4th quarter, he wouldn't have backed him down and scored on him or drew a foul, every single time down the court????

Jordan was the best player ever... LeBron is an incredible talent, but not MJ's level..

But the biggest difference in them is the head game. You get in LeBrons head he isn't near as effective. You play the head game with Jordan and the game was over, once he's in your head talking shite, sit back and watch the greatest ever put on a show.

If it wasn't for his dad being murdered, he would have won 8 championships in a row and everyone even said during the time thy new they were playing for second place. When he left to play baseball, then everyone said the title was up for grabs..

P.S. LBJ would have a hard time playing in the late 80's and 90's. It was very physical. Now if someone yells at them from the stands they want a foul called. He's the King of the flop.....

Agree

I don't care to compare them....and I'm pretty damn sure LJ wishes people would stop it too.

MJ.....IMO......was in a class by himself as for as being a competitor and winner.
