2003 LSU had better QB play certainly. I don't think 2011 LSU would lose to a true freshman QB at home though coached by Ron Zook.
Also it's not like the SEC in 2003 was what it would become later on.

You do realize the only era where the SEC west combined to go sub .500 in its history was 08-2012 right?
2011 SEC opponents
Ole Miss - 0 wins
Tennessee- 1 win
Miss State- 2 wins
Kentucky - 2 wins
Florida- 3 wins
Auburn - 4 wins

2011 SEC
LSU 12-0
Bama 11-1 (only losing to LSU)
Arky 10-2 (only losing to Bama and LSU)
UGA 10-2 (only losing to probably the best Boise team from that era and SCar)
SCar 10-2 (bad loss at home vs 7-5 Auburn but other loss was to Arky after Lattimore's first knee injury)
2003 SEC
LSU 11-1 (only losing to UF)
UGA 10-2 (only losing to LSU and UF)
Tennessee 10-2
Ole Miss 9-3 with Eli still
Arkansas 8-4
LSU 12-0

Do you know what a mulligan is? How’d the first game go?

one of the easiest SEC schedules
We beat the eventual champ in their house. Remind me what Arkansas was ranked in the last game of the season? Remind me what the out of conference schedule looked like?
What a weird data point to fixate on

Don’t belong on this list
lol what the frick are you smoking?
LSU beat 3 BCS bowl winners in the regular season (Oregon, WVU, and Alabama) and 7 ranked teams on their way to an undefeated regular season and SEC championship. 3 of the teams were ranked in the top 3 (Oregon, Alabama, and Arkansas). You can’t even name 3 teams with a better season that didn’t win it all, much less an entire list. Penn State only played 4 ranked teams in 1994, with only one ranked in the top ten. Get the frick out of here with that bullshite.

You’re missing a few, bubba

lol yes but look at those records. You claim great schedule with that as the meat

The big easy was Cincinnati, UConn and Louisville. You’re acting like that was a real conference
Posted on 5/2/26 at 9:23 pm to GeauxLSUGeaux
You didn’t watch them so of course you don’t know

I don’t “claim” it. It’s a known fact.
Find me a great team that didn’t have to also beat the shite out of their conference bottom feeders.

No it’s a narrative you believe is a fact. I just showed you 6 of the 8 SEC opponents were rent a wins, that’s not one of the best schedules as you claim. It’s actually LSU’s 13th toughest schedule of the BCS era

Where are the 2000 Washington Huskies? They handled Miami head-to-head and finished with the same record.

You just played yourself.
2011 SEC
Vandy 1 win
Kentucky 1
Miss St 1
SCar 2
Bama 2
Don't shoot the messenger.

The evidence says the opposite. You posted the wrong year and teams we didn’t play to counter the opponents I posted. Get a hold of yourself, why are you emotional over this?

And we beat them by an average of more than THIRTY points
So we beat the best of our schedule like a drum and beat the bottom of our schedule even worse than that
What exactly is your argument?
