Tiger Woods is a golfer not an athlete.

That is akin to putting a F1 driver as a top athlete.

I played a pick up football game with Tiger woods before, trust me, not an athlete.

these debates are a waste of time. the debate to have is most dominant or greatest competitor or if you made a list of greatest sports figures from all sports who would be on top. woods, jordan, ruth, gretzky would be the top of my list.

Dude is one of the best "athletes" in the league, just not a good football player. Two different things

Running a 4.4 forty at 6'6" 240= incredible athlete

if you don't understand that, you're basically retarded

Again, tell me what athleticism is involved in running in a straight line for 5 seconds........an athlete is not defined in 40 times.

YOU ARE frickING RETARDED IF YOU THINK THE COMBINE DEFINES ATHLETICISM!

They have film for a reason, production on the field always out weighs the results of Matt Jones's combine #'s

I think he ran in the 4.3s which is even more incredible. He also had a pretty awesome vert if I remember correctly.

So incredible that all that fast running and jumping has contributed to what in the NFL?

He wouldn't even make the cut on 10 NFL teams right now and we are debating if this guy is a great athlete? I don't get it.

you're again equating being a good player with being a great athlete. The ability to run routes=/=athletisism , which is what Matt Jones lacks
