Pulled a muscle in my lower back last round (102). You gents have an exercise to strengthen the lower back?

Work on your core and do some hip, glute, and hamstring stretches. If I don't stretch before I play my back will kill me for a day or two.

I'm going on a little family vacation this week. Golf lost out to everybody else's ideas... But my uncle, cousin, and I are playing in a little 3 man church scramble when we get back on Friday... We'll dominate if we bring our A games. Especially if my uncle brings his.

Just shot 50 on a par 36. First time out this year. Positives; two putts or less on every hole. Parred one par 5. Negatives: Too many duffs. I shot a 50. Lol.

Just played LSU for the 4th time in a row....need a change of pace.

It was muddy as frick and I hit literally every bunker on the course.

Any tips for hitting out of hard wet sand?

Face wide open. Make a hard swing like a V, taking the club outside. Use the bounce

Yeah, that's never going to work well. I love when the sand is wet and firm. You can be super aggressive down at the bottom and spin the piss out of it. Much easier to hole it from wet sand than fluffy beach sand
