Back before the COT and the cars weren't the same, 3 wide at Talladega was the best, particularly with the roof bar. 3 wide now is just driving behind the car in front of you.

I've been watching NASCAR for 20 years. At this point, it takes more than that. I've seen better racing at Daytona, and it didn't require three wide racing. It involved cars able to get runs and make moves. I just don't like this plate package.

Logano is going to be tough to beat with Jr not being up there. If he gets a good jump he could do what Jr did last year and just block 2 lanes for 2 laps.
