If anything the administration was lazy. Since the kids are probably 80%(?) or more Southerners they could have catered a simple / quick Southern Cuisine:
Fried Catfish ( Seafood) , Hush puppies, a couple sides & throw in some Maryland crab cakes and the kids would have loved it.
Im not an ingrate so I wont criticize a man who gave me free food though

No worse than the Black lady on CNN, interviewing a Conservative radio host, and telling him his white privilege is how he gets away with the stuff he does(guy isn't crazy far right) and says. Host tells her that he is black, lol.
Dumb broad couldn't use yahoo or google to figure out, the radio host is black.
Journalism is terrible and lazy these days, and blogs were the major hit to it.

I'm sure a few grumbled among themselves ,but wouldn't dare publicly embarrass Clemson & themselves & sound like ingrates.
The Southern theme with Catfish/ Hush Puppies,etc... & Crabcakes or few Maryland Staples would have been more creative at least.
