I agree, that would be the perfect scenario. It will benefit the Braves on the field because a good JJ is still better than a young Teheran at this point. Plus, Teheran will have an innings cap, will still benefit from some more Minors experience, and like you said will slow down his service time. Then it will also benefit the Braves in terms of JJ's trade value. Hopefully a contender that's in need of a solid starter will have a juicy CF prospect to give us!

I agree Swamp - I honestly worry about putting all of our faith in some of these young arms at that point. While good, they're totally unproven.
