I would say Minor. Although Teheran showed some good strides last year, Minor was with us for most of the season, and will likely be there again. Plus Minor is a lefty, so he has an advantage

Hope Jurrjens has a good 1st half and move him at the break, then call up Teheran after that. This will also slow down his Major League service time and allow us to have control over him longer.
