What do y'all think the bullpen will look like for the playoff roster?

Assuming they go 6 bench players, 4 starting pitchers and 7 relievers like all the NL teams did last year I would guess

Minter
Vizcaino
Winkler
Brach
Biddle
Venters

Last spot comes down to Wright/Sobotka/Touki imo.

Would love to see both Touki and Wright included

Possible but it's becoming very rare to see teams carry 12 pitchers. Rockies actually went with 15 position players and 10 pitchers last year Cubs, Nats and DBacks went 14/11. Dodgers were only team to carry 12 pitchers.

My guess at the 25 for now

Acuña
Camargo
Freeman
Markakis
Suzuki
Inciarte
Albies
Swanson
Flowers
Culberson
Duda
Rivera
Adams
Foltynewicz
Gausman
Newcomb
Teheran
Sanchez
Toussaint
Biddle
Venters
Brach
Winkler
Minter
Vizcaino

Just can't see them leaving Tehran off the roster. He has a track record of pitching well late in the season and would be somewhat of a veteran presence in the clubhouse. He'll be there instead of one of the younger guys IMO.

ETA:
Never mind, just saw your edit.

The more I think about it, the tougher it is. Duvall has played his way off the roster for sure imo which opens the door for another pitcher but you hate to go with only 1 LH bench bat. Would have been big if the Tucker trade had been made in August, because as things stand Ruiz is the only other viable option. And the Newcomb/Julio/Sanchez thing is tough too. I think the roster battle will be the biggest storyline once we can hopefully put the division away.

I could also see them going with a third lefty (Newk in the pen or Freeman) if they face a lefty heavy team.

I don’t want Duvall in the roster at all. That’s just wasting a spot

Nats lose. They’re 9 back in the loss column coming in this weekend. Need to just avoid the sweep this weekend and you essentially KO them.

Braves this year are 37-34 at Suntrust Park and 45-30 on the road.
