With two of the top three pen pitchers out, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to pull Perez.

High 80s. I’d let him go until he gives up a base runner.

Just looked. Perez is at 91, so maybe one more inning.

So is this why the offense sucked last year? Nobody knows the difference in a ball and a strike?

No way they let Fuentes go a third inning in a 2 run game or do they?

The great thing about the team this season though, is that it seems someone is always scalding hot and tonight it's yaz and Acuna

Yeah like we talked about yesterday yaz has been hitting the ball hard just on the ground.

He finally is getting a better angle on it

I think Farmer and Heim go before Yaz.

Yaz will still get plenty of run against LHP. He and Dubon will play in the corners while Acuna is DH. He'll also play left and Dubon will play 3B to give Riley a day off occasionally.

He's also on a 2/$23M deal. He is in no danger of losing his roster spot.

Yea, I forget about Farmer. I like Yaz defense.

This is going to be tough for the Tigers if we win this one. They pitched their best two bullpen arms it seems. Both are under 2 ERA
