Sooners vs Buckeyes---BCS game---one has to win! That's funny! Why didn't I think of that?

Because you need a brain.

Congratulations for your wins over Texas A&M, Kansas State, and Notre Dame!

Seriously.

The same Kansas St team that kicked the crap out of OU, the OU team that your Tigers beat in the NC. So I guess since KSU (who you think sucks) killed them, you also agree that the 2003 NC win wasn't that impressive, huh?

If ND could have gotten a stop on 4th and 10 against USC, they would have won in a huge upset, and probably would have made the NCG. They weren't bad that year.

How conveinent you leave out Miami.

I'm too young to remember TA&M well, but it doesn't really apply here anyway, since it was under Cooper, not Tress.

Funny how you forgot to mention Miami (The greatest team in NCAA history)

FYI. That Kansas State team was pretty good that year

I agree the Miami win was a great one and why it was left out of my sarcastic response to the great Ohio State BCS wins.

I do not agree that Kansas State was all that great that year.

Kicked the crap out of OU who (1) was told over and over they were playing for a national title no matter what happened, and (2) had numerous injuries.

I think Stoops has trouble coaching to his talent, where Tressel has to come up with game plans with inferior athletes, at least on the OL and DL, in bowl games. (IMO) I'm taking Tressel in a bowl over Stoops.

Tressel TRYS to make Chicken Salad out of Chicken shite.
Stoops actually turns Chicken Salad into Chicken shite.

He had an offense that ran Bubble Screens, Reverses, and Crossing Patters all year at a lightning pace and turned ultra conservative the other night. He shuts down in big games.

The Absolute Best Coach in a BCS Game -- Stoops Or Tressell

Both have won BCS CG over heavily favored opponents that were defending BCS Champs. Both have won multiple BCS and other bowls and have lost BCS CG to better teams.

i'd take tressel over stoops, fwiw ... stoops lost to boise state and then lost to a west virginia that had just lost its coach and sure fire shot at the NC ... not to mention has lost three straight NC games ... i think oklahoma's had enough shots at the NC over the last 10 years .. time to scratch them off the list for awhile ..

Do you realize our BCS Bowl wins are over Illinois, OU, ND and tOSU?

Coach Tress is 4-3 in the BCS with a National Championship.

No he's not, he's 3-3 in BCS Bowls:

wins over Miami 02, KSU 03, ND 05.

John Cooper was the coach in 98 win over A&M in Sugar Bowl

Two of those were national championships. tOSU had one.

And it is much harder for us to get into a BCS bowl than tOSU who will probably go every year because they are in the Big 10.

So, they can't have it both ways. If OU and tOSU are unworthy programs, then it at the same time diminishes the accomplishment of beating them.

Not really. Though they have a more consistent program.

Hey BuckNut. Still sore about last year?---Heard It! You'll are as bad as USC. My brain thoughts were centered on one thing----your last year's The south's gonna do it again. Congrats to Florida. Maybe those "suits" will learn to cut the favoritism crap!

Generally true. However, there are some years (like 2002, when we had a very tough schedule) when this will not be true, if the Big 10 can pick it up a little. Especially, with all the big OOC games we have coming up.

I do have to give tOSU credit they take on some big time opponents. However, even if they lose that game, they get a BCS bid by losing no more than 1 game against Big 10 opponents.

The BCS should automatically match up these two if they qualify.
