Not to the degree Tiger was. Collin Montgomery said they looked at slow mo on one, and Tiger dipped almost a full foot.

It is. -8 thru even par is stacked. Lots can happen.

It's why the Masters is the best golf tournament there is. 
I also love how they don't have to bow down to shite. Hell, they can go without commercials if need be. They already proved that.
