Well if you don’t make bad shots you don’t have to worry about it.

Scheffler’s drive on 17 missed the fairway by a ton and got into the “deep stuff” and he still birdied. At a US Open, you hit a drive that bad and you are pitching it out into the fairway.

It was a solid excuse for last year although Rahm had other things going on off the course with his family

But he’s clearly back to being a top 3 player in the world this year.
Worst finish in a major this year was T14 at the Masters & looks like he has a shot for another T10 this weekend

Lowry, Rahm, and Hatton paired together would be entertaining.

3 of them playing for Europe at Bethpage should be fun

Morikawa likely to come in at 7 over. Couldn’t happen to a better guy.

He better start playing better, his dog needs a new pair of Gucci shoes

Rahm is lucky to make the cut the way he played today

he just seems way more pissy than I remember him being pre-liv, could just be the Euro in him

He is obviously still capable to win any major

He probably needs a new caddie again

He’s INCREDIBLY more calm than he was like 5 years ago.

Going to be a disgrace in they don’t penalize Lowry. He was intentionally trying to smash the grass down behind his ball to give himself a better lie (which they all do) and the ball moved.

That’s against the rules, and borderline cheating, which again they all do.

Rahm has always been a hot head, dude is competitive as hell. He gets legit pissed at bad shots in YouTube matches that don’t matter

He’s honestly super nice though. After the FedEx St Jude several years ago when it was still a WGC, he stayed around and shot the shite with fans for a good while. Most pros just headed to the clubhouse after the round. He didn’t. He chatted, took pictures, signed autographs for kids, etc well after his round was over and not just in the tent by the 18th green. I’ve always liked him since then

Maybe, it is just that i never see him anymore besides majors. I've always liked Rahm's game so maybe I just ignored it when he was on the tour

Now when he is in majors, I just see him with a wet face looking pissy about something

He will be penalized but he had no idea that ball moved. His eyes were looking at the green when his club came thru on the practice swing.

Looks like +1 is going to be the cut, wouldn’t have guessed that going into today.
