It wasn't a Bo Ryan team that made the Final Four in 2000.
Also they didn't make the Elite 8 in '07.
Again, I'm not saying it was dumb to pick them to win the first game or even make the Sweet 16. But the people that are saying their bracket is busted because Wisconsin lost way overestimated how far Bo Ryan teams actually get in the NCAA tournament.

Wisconsin had a historically bad shooting performance today and was still in it until the end.

Haven't lost in first round in last 11 appearances (12 years, one year they didn't make it)
THey are as sure thing first round as you can get. People who picked Ole Miss got lucky.

They were lucky because Ole Miss plays terrible perimeter defense and those are the teams Wisconsin eats alive.

Props on having the balls to do that. I liked whoever won between Ole Miss/Wisconsin to advance to Sweet 16 because I knew Kansas State was garbage. Wasn't sold on Ole Miss so couldn't pull the trigger

My very first pick in the bracket was taking a hot Ole Miss team to beat Wisky and go to sweet 16. In the TD ESPN tourney group. Never gave it a second thought. And I was so close to picking them to take out Zags. Might regret not pulling that trigger as Zags looked shaky yesterday.
