i there's just a liiiiiiitle more prestige for a conference winning an NC than just having two schools in the BCS ...

during the course of a game they reviewed an incomplete pass to make sure the clock stopped at precisely the right moment? Or was it at the end of the game? If that's reviewable games should take forever with each incomplete pass being reviewed for time reasons.
