I still think they make 6-6. They have the rent a win and I think they'll play up for aTm. I have tickets to that game and I'll be cheering pretty loud for aTm

I'm not putting anything past Oklahoma State. They have had huge, gigantic leads over Texas in the past only to choke it away.

I could see that kind of thing happening again.

Its possible. Tx is still talented enough to play with anyone, so anything could happen.
I'm waiting on some other posters who made a showing in this thread to show back up...

They might have a struggle to get 2 more wins

yeah, I'm frankly shocked they have collapsed like they have. The NU game shows they have talent and beat just about anyone. clearly they have thrown in the towel. They could win out or lose to both OSU and A&M. Thing in their favor is both are in Austin

Exactly right, but those teams had leaders that wouldn't allow them to quit. This team has no remote semblance of leadership. They will play up for A&M one would think.

3 losses down, how does the MSB feel about the chances at 6-6 now?
At this point, I'm not sure they even beat the rent-a-win. But after aTm beat baylor, I feel more like it'll be 5-7 and not 6-6.

Thank you! Thank you! :waves to crowd:
There are so many people I need to thank for helping me call this so long ago... Geoff Ketchum and Chip Brown, who really promote the chicken little attitude in Austin that's so fun to watch. Brad and Don at the supply house every morning, drinking coffee in disbelief. You guys here on the MSB for your support, or lack thereof. In case of the latter, GFY.

So I was wrong about tx making it to 6-6, but at least they went 5-7 and managed to do nothing for the rest of the season.

good call man, I really didn't think they'd collapse like that, I told a UT friend at work, if we went 5-7 and lost 5 at home, we'd burn down Les Miles' house

Good luck in your new job Greg Davis
