McHi Bulldogs checking in

lost to permian 35-7 in the season opener last saturday. minor setback for a major recovery.

Corpus Christi King beats Corpus Christi Moody 66-6...maybe another 5 win and a 1 and done playoff appearance for King.

...is it baseball season yet?

I'd say about a decade ago they won a district title. They could light up a scoreboard. It's amazing how terrible they are. One of the worst teams I've seen in person.

I think they have usually more of a baseball power like all the Corpus schools.

Soso Jamabo went for 484 and 6 TDs.

Kyler Murray went for 560 ish total yards and 7 TDs.

Those are the two performances that blew my mind statswise around the state

is calallen still good? i remember when rgv teams could never get over the hump until a few years ago

Calallen is still good. I think the Valley has picked up their game as opposed to the Coastal Bend slacking. Lots of money going to Laredo and the RGV football programs.
