When Bo was at LSU, he was, by far, the strongest player on the team. "Pure steroids" he laughingly said post career. But he still looks big as a bull & if he is as strong, players better be careful around him.

It appears the players were unmoved by this motivation tactic

Every player on that bus has heard coaches go off like that ever since Pop Warner league. So it loses some of its shock value after awhile. OTOH the guy holds your scholly in the palm of his hand so you can't completely ignore him.

100%

Fear and emotion just won't make people better unless it's perfectly harnessed. I get why someone gets to a place like this but it rarely is helpful to what they're trying to achieve.

I'd like for somebody to video his rant after this loss to Kansas at home.

Kids don't give a shite about what coaches give a shite about...winning and keeping their jobs.

Players want to stay safe, don't get injured and make a living at the next level...like most people in life...it's an unpaid internship for a job at the next level.

"Oh, I'm here to win a mythical national championship."

Please...this ain't 1972.

Unpaid? At Texas? Between the COT, NIL, and the boosters those kids aren’t unpaid.

But you’re right in that winning championships is way down the list for them
