How bout this Scenario:
Bama beats Auburn then loses to Flordia
Florida loses to FSU then seen above
Teaxas wins the Big 12 and OU beats OSU

Who plays for NC; if that pans out Texaas and OU would be 1 and 2.

You think they'd put conference foes in a National Championship gam

That could happen, UF has some Def. players out for this week and FSU is hot...Long shot but could happen, they are 1-3-1 against FSU in the week leading up the SECCG

probably. SC's computer score probably wouldn't be strong enough to get in over those two. We could be #2 in all the polls and still jumped by OU because their computer score would be way better.

I'm not so sure that UF would get up to #2, even if they beat FSU and then Alabama.

Their computer rankings are that bad (average ranking of 6).

AN all big-12 bcs cg has been a real possibility for the past month or so.

Hell if Florida wins out there is still the possibility of an all-Big-12 cg.

wouldn't a win over OK State by OU help out their computer score much more than a UT win over TA&M? wouldn't be that big of a shock for OU to jump UT next week, would it?

wow.

Florida had better bump up though with a win over Bama. They had better be damn near unanimous #1 for all the pollsters.

If Georgia loses to GT, Alabama loses to Auburn, and South Carolina loses to CLemson that would make for an interesting final poll if Texas and OU wiin out. OU and Texas would be a clear 1-2 in the computers and UF would be closer to 3.5.

I don't think alot of America would be mad to see a rematch of OU and Texas, hell we've had to watch rematches before??

Id like to see PSU and USC but I want USC to play in a Non-Rose bowl to have the satisfaction ofthem not winning the Turrible Pac-10!!!

America wants to see the SEC Champion in there, especically since the team will be so hot.

they're going to get a good jump in the computers (both with increased SOS and bama moving below them) and will be the #1 team likely. #2 at the lowest

And if they don't get in, that would be ideal. I hate the bcs and want to see it go away.

right, and don't discount the computer bump if they beat Florida State as well.

If UF does win out and is left out of the title game, maybe next season they'll have learned their lesson and they won't schedule The Citadel.

I will be very surprised if Tebow isn't holding the crystal ball this year.

I don't see a team coming within 21 points of them either.

But there is no way it would be done away with in this offseason.

I'm not a huge fan of the BCS, but it has grown on me. It has done its job the past 2 years. An 8 team playoff would be ideal, but that won't happen any time soon.

Yeah, we know, you despise any alternative to the BCS.
