So why is he suing the dead guy's estate and not the agency itself? They're the ones who gave him the shitty replacement. And does his contract with the agency not allow him to fire them for shitty service?

Well, based on the quotes it seems like the estate went after him and got a decision from an arbitrator. He might have ended up as the plaintiff in this suit as a means of overturning the arbitration. Just a guess.

And it's pretty silly the way this headline is framed. He's in a legal battle with the estate based upon how the dead agent's successors in rights and interest performed after his death. He is definitely not "suing his dead agent." Top notch journalism as expected from TMZ.
