If you read the Heisman Trust Mission Statement, I believe it's clear that Manziel's body of work should be graded an "Incomplete" by Heisman voters. Come back next year or the year after and then present an argument for Manziel.
Besides, is Manziel on probation for his thuggery? Could he travel out of state? Would his Parole Officer have to accompany him on stage?

I've been really impressed with Matt Elam this year, he doesn't have the stats but on the field his play has been outstanding.
I say JFF deserves the award as being the most outstanding

Cordarelle Patterson is the most exciting imo but Tennessee sucked this year so his great plays were essentially useless in the grand scheme of things.
