The #1 pick in the draft probably doesn't need 6 inches off the outside corner to be called a strike.

why is UVA/DBU being played at South Carolina ?? Anyone can explain?

Super regionals can only be hosted at approved sites due to COVID. Neither UVA or DBU were on that list to host.
I believe Carolina was chosen as host site over TCU because that regional had the highest #1 seed (ODU)

Notre Dame wearing those hideous highlighter green things again. It looks like it’s the more normal green actually without the green pants.
They have such great colors and screw it up by wearing these?
I still can’t believe ESPN refuses to send announcers to on site.

TCU was a national seed. Many guess they chose Columbia out of fairness to both schools (TCU site would have been a homefield-like advantage for DBU).

G I mean just because were normal and rational thinking it’s no reason to not send announcers. I mean they had studio crews at the SEC ACC tournament but announce teams were in some room at their homes.

Surely ODU didn’t have a higher seed than TCU at 6. It makes no sense for the Super to be held there over TCU. Advantage Virginia

Certainly it is an advantage that UVA won the regional there but there's no real fan advantage.

The batting helmets with the shiny gold like ND football helmets have are also hideous. If you like the fake looking gold they use now, you lack taste.
