Sterling going for the knock out on NBA

I told you this is how his lawyers should go about this, and he will crush the NBA. They will get close to 4000 witnesses, just to waste the courts time, get people who heard things, and the NBA ends up paying this man a lot of money. NBA will try to settle immediately if they are smart.
Sterling doesn't have but 3-5 years left at most, so just wait it out.

1. Classy legal strategy. Dig up irrelevant dirt (95% inadmissible in a legal proceeding.

True but three problems with betting on this.
1) You have to prove it. Kind of like with some audio evidence that your crazy transsexual mistress recorded.
2) The owners have already done some preemptive damage control. Both Cuban and MJ have come out and said they've had thoughts and feelings in their past they're not proud about.
3) Nobody liked Sterling to begin with. Life's not fair sometimes.

The NBA's lawyers will simply file motions limiting discovery. The dirt you think is going to be exposed is irrelevant to the case.
