George I talk to Javan at least once a week and he sits by us during football season. Exact words was that LSU did not recruit him hard. Said this during the summer as well this was even before Texas was showing interest. Head Coach who is my uncle also stated this.

He has an LSU offer. Who cares how "hard they recruit him". If he wanted to be a Tiger he could be a Tiger. Sorry Trent isn't sucking his dick. He isn't even really needed by LSU with Hickey here.

Elle if they just offer you and show no real interest then I say frick em. If your child had multiple offers and LSU just threw a scholly out there and didnt even make a phone call once a week to keep in contact would you send him there? Hell no is my opinion!

And Peabody thinks they are the best team in 4A still.

And Riverside thinks they are the best team in the state.

We'd find a spot for him. Or, simply put, he'd make his own spot.

We are not gonna miss out on this guy after getting Hickey.

And Texas usually gets guys better than Felix.

Better according to who? Just bc he doesnt score 35 a game? Those guys usually are the only ones on their team. They have to score. He doesnt. You have 4 kids on the team that will play D1 basketball. It is what pg's do spread the love baby!

Meanwhile, Riverside had a poor showing in their tournament they went to.

Ricardo Gathers just got a shout out and cameo in the Oak Hill/Jesuit game on espnU.

Texas was high on Felix earlier than LSU was. Getting Hickey makes losing Felix a wash

I will say this, I saw Felix three times last year and he has a knack for kicking it into another gear when the game is on the line that no one can teach. Those are the kind of guys that have a chance to be "special" IMHO

I went to the Comeaux/ st aug qtr final last year. Comeaux was giving aug all they could handle and then midway through the third Felix just said "frick this" started destroying a seasoned comeaux backcourt and just like that it was over. Me and my buddy were just "wtf just happened"
