I don't hate ESPN like some folks but this sums it up pretty well

The Michigan coach story was by far the biggest of the day. ESPN opened the show this morning with 2 NBA games because that's what they cover.

Absurd.

Those poor bastards work to try to set up their jokes, but none of the people on there are funny, much less interesting. They try real hard.

I long for the 80s and 90s when zero politics was injected into every single story or narrative. And they were all goofy fun. The advertisements from that era are better than the content they produce today.

Hell even Olberman was funny instead of the joyless twat he became.

The two NBA games were on Prime fwiw. And SVP opened by doing the Stuart Scott last night, but the first story was Michigan so it’s not like they haven’t talked about it.

The way that the ESPN producers make the analysts and retired NFL players gesticulate and pace around and make giant hand gestures when they're breaking down a play in front of the giant replay board is just bizarre and hard to watch. Definition of TV clowns.
