Nobody is saying a golf swing or a fastball isn't hard. I'm sure dropping an engine into a car is hard as shite, that doesn't make the person doing it athletic.

It takes athletic skill to hit a 95 mph fastball or to throw it 95 mph. Same for a golf swing. They might not be in cardiovascular shape but those big guys possess a high level of athletic skill.
