you can take your local decently athletic adult or high school male soccer/basketball league and probably smoke the US National team, but an elite female marathoner will beat out the majority of the populace.
ETA: i was heavily involved in trail running for a while. there was a local mom of 8 weird homeschool lady that ran with us. I could beat her in any race you named, but she could outlast all of us. won a few backyard ultras in Texas over men.
