No one. He was at a bar in Atlanta, a fight broke out that involved many people, including two men subsequently stabbed (maybe) and killed by two of the men in Lewis's party. Lewis and co. sped away in a limo (that was shot at as it left the scene), and Lewis told the passengers to STFU about what happened less it harm his career.
He wasn't a saint. But it's a huge stretch to call him a murderer...and just about any sports star (pro or college, actually) could quite easily find themselves in a similar situation and could likewise find themselves looking out for their own interests in the aftermath.
