Yeah. They can't hit, IMO.

I've been at the beach. This is Cano's first day hitting 4th huh?

I just assumed the Angels had a lefty on the mound, so they were trying to go R,L,R,L,R with the first 5 hitters. But then I saw Santana was throwing so IDK.

They will be ok. AP will come around and Morales and Trumbo should be good. Kendrick is sitting today as is Hunter so this isn't our top lineup.

It think the best manager in MLB will find a way to get some runs. I am more worried about the bullpen to be honest.

Agree. Top three, at least.

Hopefully Pujols will come around, for his sake. He hasn't seen a lot of these pitchers in his career, so that might be part of it. And like you said, we have to see about the bullpen.

I still think Texas takes that division. They are a better team top to bottom.

Texas
Detroit
New York
Tampa
Los Angeles

Those are the best five teams in the league I'm pretty sure, unless someone surprises out of no where. However, I do think LAA is the 5th best and would be on the outside looking in a year ago.

Yup.

I think it has more to do with late in the game more than the starting pitcher. You could kind of see having Granderson/Cano back to back in the order would create some problems late in games. Teams could bring in their lefty specialist to face both of them (even though Cano is a monster against LHP). Now their LHP has to face ARod as well if they want him to get Granderson/Cano.

And for some reason I feel like ARod is going to be a monster hitting third. Maybe because he was the best player in the world back when he was hitting there.

Maddon is a student of Mike Scioscia, but I know you have a major raging hard on for Maddon so I will give you a break.

Well, when you're stuck with Bobby Valentine you get a little jealous.

Your best player usually should hit 3rd. And although Cano is the Yankees' best hitter, A-Rod could be if he has Cano hitting behind him, if that makes sense.

Dude gives up a slow roller to short so Girardi pulls him.

And the sad part is that most shortstops would have made that play.

He's already at 109 pitches. Would have probably gone up over 120 to finish the game. Not something you want this early in the season IMO.
