Nate deserved it. His first dunk looked good he was one of the top two there. His second dunk I think got points for being creative. He has to use his size tohis advantage. A guy under six foot jumping off anothers players back was just good show, which is half the scoring. I think most can agree a guy of his size doing his third dunk, looked impressive. His last dunk was just on another level though. It really took away from Howard's twelve foot dunk. I realize he place his hand on Howard's back but the air he got was amazing.

At 3:28, he does a dunk behind the free throw line and at 5:15 he goes through his legs after jumping a foot in front of the free throw line.
Pretty impressive video, but only the replays are worth watching since the cameraman has a bad angle on the first dunks.
James White in Turkey

There are plenty of guys that can't cut in the league and are great dunkers. See Harold Miner

What would be more impressive a little if these guys didn't run the length of the floor before taking off at the FT line. I've seen a HS players do this in games after first getting the ball at mid-ct.

Nah, I think this is the real reason for All-Star Weekend in Turkey. Start at 42 seconds
ETA: I think the player reactions from 2:12 to 2:44 are pretty great. Does anyone know who that is?

Sorry, you gotta win a slam dunk competition at the highest level (NBA) before being annointed the best dunk contest participant ever.
Nate Robinson, Michael Jordan, Harold Minor, Jason Richardson, Gerald Green, and so on >>> James "D-League" White
