This would be absolutely ground breaking. If I’m Jerry I don’t know if I’d be willing to trade a 25 year old potential franchise quarterback for a 40+ year old who maybe has 2 seasons left in the tank. If he wants to win now, though, Brady might make more sense.

Dak is mediocre and doesn't throw receivers open. I would not pay 30 million per year to a mediocre talent.

Jerry is win now mode. He is old and who knows how long his mind stays sharp.

Whose the 25 year old potential franchise quarterback?

All kidding aside, Dak isn't a top tier quarterback. He needs to back off the demands of setting the market. It's not going to happen in Dallas or anywhere.

For what it’s worth, Irvin has denied this entire story happened.

IF this is true (big if), I would assume it's because Jerry doesn't want to pay Dak.

I don't think Tom Brady is the answer to "winning now". He looked rough this season. His velocity has taken a huge downturn and his age is starting to show. He was throwing the ball away a ton to avoid any kind of hit. One of the all time greats, but he is not the same QB he was 2/3 years ago.

If he hits the open market, he will 100% set the market for the position

Jerry is Dan Snyder mode.

Maybe he'll sign Deion and Brett Favre too.

Give huge contacts to the over-the-hill gang.

We already had this thread and the only thing newsworthy in it was that Michael Irvin dranks vodka with cranberries.

Is Dallas one piece away from a Super Bowl? I thought they needed more?

McCarthy and Rodgers didn't get along. What makes him think he would get along with Brady?

I'd love to see Brady without Belichick. We'd quickly see who was driving that success in NE.

What a waste of time, Brady has what, 1 or 2 more serviceable years left?

potential franchise quarterback

There plenty enough of a body of work to judge this........not a franchise QB, iffy game manager at best.
