I passed through earlier and gave up on them.

Oh me of little faith.

I don't know how they are going to end up but if they can pop off a couple more 15-5's and avoid any more 3-9's they ought to be alright.

and I jinxed the Memphis Redbirds, oh well.

They do have some high draft picks on the team, will be fun watching them get worked in over the next couple of years.

Nice comeback win. I did not expect Sierra would get the callup, but he's looked good.

It's EXTREMELY early and I can't stress extremely enough.......But we are fans and this is a message board so this type of talk is par for the course. Anyway....
Does anyway else see a little Juan Pierre in Mags?

Yeah, he was a nice player for Marlins. I'd be happy with that.

Lots of assumptions in what I'm about to ask but what are we gonna do once Jmart and Piscotty are back healthy if Sierra and Pham continue at this level? Idk who the hell they can send down

Both will likely be sent down.

Both of who?

As much as I hate to lose his speed I don't mind Sierra going down but all Pham does is hit when he gets brought up. At some point the guy has to stay

Sierra has to go back down. He still has a lot to learn, and playing every few days here wouldnt help that.

Pham, who strikes out a lot has been better with that this year then in the past.

But Jmart, can also play 1st.

I do think Pham goes back down, but he will be on standby is Jmart cools off.

Sierra and Pham unless someone else stays on the DL. I like Pham, but he'll cool off eventually. Unless you want to send down Martinez who was hitting over .300.

I think that's fair but idk what the option situation is with Pham, that would be my only concern cause I do think Martinez WILL cool off before the season is done

How many times can a player be called up and sent down before he runs out of options? I think Lyons is out of options too when he comes back.

Lynn starting to labor a bit right now. Needs to get out of this thing with no more damage

I believe it's 3 but there are some scenarios where you can call a player up and send him down without usIng one. It has to do with injury/etc. but idk the exact rules anymore

It depends on when fowler gets back

peralta is coming back to give them a rh bat for bench.

Odd man out could be Martinez, pham could of stole his job, while being injured.

Cardinals need to monitor the sox and royals. fire sale coming soon.

Sierra is going back, only reason he got the call up, was because he's on the 40 man roster. Bader is not ready.
