My apologies i didnt know you were so connected. Santini's lawsuit doesnt even accuse Payton of anything illegal and specifically says they have 1 "senior staff member" on camera. Not two Btw, i dont care if Payton was doing blow off of Kim Kardashian's arse in the locker room. I just want them to win games

The organization went to the DEA a year ago. The investigation is still 'pending'. The JPSO hasn't even started an investigation. FWIW, of course.

I dont know all the legal stuff but wouldnt them settling with Santini be admitting some wrong doing? If so Goodell would jump all over them
Seems like the only people in real trouble would be Vitt and/or Loomis. Vitt could get suspended and fined. I dont know what they could do to Loomis. Maybe fine the organization a shite load?

well yeah, that's why their fighting this guy, I don't know all the legal ramifications like SFP or somebody, but if they settled with this guy they would be in a shitload of trouble I'm sure.
