He has a thing called "The Pit"

If you're injured, you have to go work out in The Pit twice a day and they basically work out every other part of your body that isn't injured. They run you ragged so that you want to go back to practice.

Agreed. Hell, they were contenders this season with freaking Case McCoy at QB and losing their best RB.

From the way it sounds, this statement goes for the fan base as well. Texas's entitled mentality is about to get a hard does of reality, from the players to the fans. I like that the guy has a vision and more importantly a plan to execute that vision.
