Cris Carter said this morning that Urbs said Day is his best O coordinator ever. You saw the results against Mich. That said, Urbs brought swag and ace recruting. Hopefully, Day doesn't quite check those boxes as much.

He's a good OC but getting a top five job as your first head coaching job is wild. The pressure is going to be insane
