Didn’t Daboll get hired over bienemy last year? Daboll had success in year one. So they kept him.
Some black coaches failed after year one. They were gone.
Sole white coaches failed after year one. They were done.

Brian Johnson is a hot up and comer just got the OC job in Philly. I'll be interested to see how he does and what happens if he's successful.

They get less opportunities. They get less time to turn programs around. Teams hire them in bridge periods and dump them before they ever have a chance to succeed.
