His first three years, he completed 63.5% of his passes, 83 TDs (11 rush), 26 INTs, almost 1,900 rush yards, and a 98.7 QB rating.
This season, according to PFF, he is dealing with the worst OL in the league.
If you want to argue his numbers this season are "mediocre," you won't hear much of an argument other than his OL is the worst in the NFL. If you're arguing his numbers are "mediocre" like "always," you're sorely mistaken.

And just think, if he'd be playing for the 49ers, he'd be getting benched for Blaine Gabbert. It's all in the company you keep. Cam has a great team with a great defense and puts up average to below average numbers and he's a damn MVP candidate.
