It is fair. Westgate already traveled. And Rummel didn't.

it's 0-0 when you get in the playoffs.

Why so scared to travel?

i didn't once say that, i was just pointing out that i think how the high school playoff home teams are decided is flawed imo

Not scared at all, but the system if flawed. The game should be in metairie and everyone knows it.

Didn't read all of this, but the Notre Dame-Catholic High game was also moved to Rayne High because the field is in better condition. Crowley High and ND share the field, and it has gotten abused this year.

The coaches at Acadiana regret to this day moving the West Monroe-Acadiana playoff game to Cajun field. I think it was in 2004. They thought they could help the school with a bigger gate, but they said the additional expenses to cover security and concessions really didn't make a big difference.

You guys are using the NFL mentality of higher seeds being at home.

The success of some of these programs depends greatly on these gates they get for home games. Th LHSAA has to have a plan that gives every school an opportunity to have at least one home game.

Semifinal games shouldn't be at home stadiums anyway IMO.

I can't believe you are comparing High School to NFL.

Rummel is the 1 seed.

Westgate is like the 21 seed.

Rummel deserves all the games at home. Westgate deserves nothing.
