The 97 team wasn't probably one of his top 5 most talented rosters.

They were completely stacked with NBA talent for 25 years. They ran into some truly great teams like Duke 2001. That might be one of the most talented finals in recent memory.

I'd say great recruiter, subpar coach.

Edit for Raveling, not Lute... he was great at both.
