Ernie Broglio. Good starting pitcher for years. No one knew Brock would develop into a Hall of Famer.

The Cubs traded Lou because they had too many black guys on the roster at the time.

Broglio won 18 games the year before the trade. So at the time, it wasn't lopsided at all.

had a buddy in hs, who's father gave him a pair of these to keep. he wore them and ruined them day 1, lol. I cant talk, i had a ball signed by 64 Cardinal WS team and used it to play with on concrete. Then had 2 bobbleheads my father had as a youngin and i broke them playing football in the house. Sporting memorabilia and me were like water and oil.
