Damn, indeed
Yep.
Plus the Patriots would be the Bills of the 21st century and be 0-fer since Spygate. Everyone would say they can't win without cheating.
(I'm assuming a butterfly effect so 28-3 doesn't happen.)

They're going to draft Josh Jackson who's also going to be great, but without out all the extra mouth and BS that came along with Sherman.

Poor LOB. They didn't last as long as I thought they would. R.I.P 2013-2014. Never recovered from that Super Bowl loss.

Wasn't Richard Sherman the best CB in the NFL just 2 years ago? Damn football careers fly by quick.

They had an amazing 3 year stretch of drafting
2010:
Russell Okung - above average LT
Earl Thomas - elite FS
Golden Tate - above average WR
Walter Thurmond - average CB
Kam Chancellor - elite SS
2011:
KJ Wright - above average OLB
Richard Sherman - elite CB
Byron Maxwell - average CB
Malcolm Smith - average ILB
Doug Baldwin - above average WR
2012:
Bruce Irvin - above average OLB
Bobby Wagner - elite ILB
Russell Wilson - elite QB
Jeremy Lane - average CB
Jermaine Kearse - average WR
In 3 years:
5 Elite Players (QB, ILB, SS, FS, and CB)
5 Above average players (LT, 2 WR, 2 OLB)
5 average players (3 CB, ILB, WR)
Since then??
2013: nobody
2014: Paul Richardson (1 year wonder, 2nd round)
2015: Frank Clark, Tyler Lockett, Thomas Rawls
2016: Alex Collins (plays for baltimore now)
2017: Ethan Pocic, Shaq Griffin
so 3 above average players since 2012...oh boy.

Pete Carroll's recruiting classes from 2001 to 2006 were insane.
It was number 1 every year.

A lot of things wrong with some of the guys you just listed as average or above average

Do tell, its an opinion obviously, but I think most of those are fair assessments during their time in seattle.
