May the number one priority for Rice University and their alumni is actually education, not football.

players can get deals, but not directly from the school, and they don't use it as a tool to recruit a 5 or 4 star

the administration a few years ago was trying to turn it all chinese. it was a pipeline from Beijing to the US.
