Okay, so we have established that The Washington Post made his registry public, not him.
People on their own decided to go and buy items for him.
He posted a picture of the items and thanked everyone.
How is he the a-hole in this situation? Because he had a wedding registry?

I didn't know about the Washington Post at first.
Anyway, what he should do is donate a lot, if not all of the stuff sent in by fans.
If he did not make it public, then he did not request gifts from his fans. He requested them from friends and family for his wedding, which is 100% normal. He should donate the gifts from fans to some local philanthropy that takes in stuff like this.
Maybe give some stuff to battered women's shelters and stuff like that. That's what I'd do in his shoes. But he's not me, he can do whatever he wants with it I guess.

she's his bottom bitch. Down from the start. Doesn't mean he's not banging hot broads on the side.

Ugh, something is up with this kid. Knee gate and now this
I know most think it's not a big deal like when vince young was spitting on teammates but it says something about the guy

I'm sure lots of charities out there are waiting for someone to donate some napkin rings or oven mitts.

He's been volunteering at charities since his time in college. He's a pretty charitable person.

Yeah I don't really seethe big deal here. So he's a millionaire...does that mean any gift he ever receives he should donate to charity?
Like others said, if he's not asking for it who the hell cares? I don't care how rich I am, if someone gives you a gift you accept it it graciously. That'd be pretty shitty to the people who sent him the stuff if he just started giving it away.

Have you ever heard of soup kitchens? Women's shelters? Homeless shelters? They could all use oven mitts, and if you think that is all that filled up his registry...

Do you understand the concept of it being rude to give away a gift instead of accepting it? If anything, he should keep those gifts and increase his donation to charity by the amount saved on wedding gifts. That is something he very well may be doing.
